Double Disc Refiner ( REFINER SERIES )
Double-disc refiner is a new type of double-disc refiner improved and designed on the basis of the double-disc refiner of Finland Valmet Company;it is the advanced ideal beating equipment in the paper industry at present.
Main Purpose
It is mainly used for continuous beating of chemical wood pulp,mechanical pulp,and waste paper pulp;it is a continuous beating equipment for coarse and fine grinding of pulp in the pulp making system of the paper industry,and can also be used as a high-efficiency solution for re-grinding of pulp and slag.device.

Operating Characteristics
- When there is no pressure and flow,the tool is quicklyretracted.

Operating Conditions

Conical Refiner
Main Purpose
The conical refiner is mainly used for beating of fluid pulp with a concentration of 2-6%;it is suitable for continuous pulping of wood pulp,mechanical pulp,cotton pulp,waste paper pulp,etc.The beating quality is uniform and stable,which can improve the beating degree.It can be used in series with the double-disc refiner,or it can be used alone;
Equipped with various toothed rotor and stator cutters and automatic control system,using programmable controller to achieve constant power or constant energy consumption,stable effect.
- It can be used as pretreatment and late beating of pulp.Generally,parallel,series or circulating beating is adopted.
- Cutter clearance is easy to control.
- It is targeted to different pulp types and different process requirements.It can be used together with different types of cutter heads,or can be used together with the same type of cutter heads.
- The rotary cutter head and fixed cutter head of this product are completely interchangeable with the BN series conical refiner used internationally.
Design Features
- Axial inlet and upper radial outlet.
- Rotating cutter head and fixed cutter head are in the shape of truncated cone.
- The axial movement of the rotating cutter head is in contact with the cone surface of the fixed cutter head, which has a long fine grinding area,high machining accuracy and strong cutting ability.
- The feed pressure device can make the entire shaft assembly move horizontally with the refiner rotor.
- There is a debris collection chamber at the feed end that is easy to empty.

Deflaker
Main Purpose
It is suitable for the deconsolidation of commercial pulp and broken paper,and can be used in series with a double-disc refiner;it is mainly used for pulp board,short fiber pulp,waste paper pulp containing coarse fiber bundles,TMP;CTMP,sulfite pulp,Sizing treatment of annual fibers,wet and dry pulp,waste paper pulp,and pulps that are difficult to dissociate.
- Equipped with various tooth shapes to meet the needs of different slurries.
- Simple slackening of the pulp does not damage the fibers, so it particularly advantageous as a slackening of short fiber pulp and secondary fibers.
- For the pulp that is difficult so dissociate, in order to avoid excessive cutting, a thinning machine can be added in front of the refiner to loosen the pulp.
- It can be used in series with large-cone refiner and double-disc refiner, or it can be used in a single machine.

- Design Features of Disc Deflaker
- Compact structure,easy operation,high production efficiency,good scouring effect,easy maintenance.
- The pulp passes through multiple scouring areas from the inlet to the outlet,and the flow path is S-shaped,which improves the sparseness,uniformity and brooming rate of the pulp,and is suitable for the slacking of most papers.

- Design Features of Conical Deflaker
- Mainly used for the treatment of chemical machine pulp and pulp board.
- The rotor and stator teeth and slots cooperate to form a 3-step ladder-shaped gap,the turbulence phenomenon is more intense,and the efficiency of dissolution is high.
- The increase in specific surface area is conducive to fiber bonding, improves the physical index of the paper, and is more beneficial to the disintegration of short fibers and secondary fibers.

- Tool advance and retreat by means of clearance adjustment mechanism;manual and electric advance and retreat. 2-3mm,the pulp feeding starts.
- When the distance between the rotor and the stator is 2-3mm, the pulp feeding starts.
High Concentration Refiner
Main Purpose
Used for high-concentration refining of wood fiber and non-wood fiber,such as straw pulp,reed ulp,bagasse pulp,bamboo pulp,cotton pulp,branch wood,etc.
- Equipped with automatic control operating system,pressure lubrication system,hydraulic execution system,detection and protection system,the grinding effect is stable.
- High concentration refiner is an important equipment for processing pulp under high concentration condition.
- After preliminary purification and pretreatment,the raw materials will be directly fed into the grinding area at a concentration of about 30%,and will be subjected to the mechanical action of the high-speed rotating grinding disc.
- The raw material is firstly crushed in the crushing area of the grinding disc,and is broken into matchsticks along the direction of the fiber;then it enters the semi-precision grinding area;and finally enters the fine grinding area. The friction force separates the raw material into fibers and becomes fibrillated.During the refining process,due to strong friction,the fiber generates a lot of heat energy,

Design Features
- The feeding screw has an independent drive motor, which is driven by a belt between the main shaft and the motor,with overload protection function,which can send qualified pulp into the grinding disc area in an orderly manner to achieve continuous and stable production.
- Own grinding area opening device,save working tim and quickly replace grinding disc.
- Sealed water system can send alarm signal in PLC.
- The grinding disc assembly is composed of a rotary disc,a dynamic grinding disc and a static grinding disc.The pulp is forced into the dispersion area under the centrifugal force of the flicking disc to realize pulp treatment;the keyless connection between the turntable and the spindle is used for high processing accuracy and good rotation stability;
- There are independent oil volume protection and pressure protection devices;
- The grinding disc clearance control system is supplied by an independent hydraulic oil pump with a pump flow rate of approximately 5L/min
- The main shaft drive adopts special structural design to ensure that the equipment is suitable for reliable operation at high speeds;
- According to the quality and output requirements of different slurries,the detection element will provide high-precision control parameters for the control system, and accurately control the grinding disc clearance through the hydraulic advance and retreat mechanism;
