- Purpose of mixing (storage or mixing)
- Dwell time
- Medium temperature
- Concentration of medium
JBX Pulp chest Agitator/JBX
New low energy consumption and high efficiency agitator.
t is suitable for various forms of pulping with a concentration of less than 6%in the chest or storage tower.
All parts in contact with the medium are made of stainless steel; the blades are precision cast stainless steel.- The blade design is advanced and the angle can be adjusted to meet the needs of different working conditions.
- Anti-loosening gasket prevents bolts from loosening ①.
- The agitator is directly fixed on the wall of the agitator chest,no foundation is required.
- The pulp is evenly mixed and the unit energy consumption is low.
- The deflector design not only protects the main shaft,but also improves the mixing efficiency.
.The shaft sleeve is used on the outside of the main shaft to prevent the main shaft from contacting the pulp and avoid the main shaft from wearing.
- The belt drive is simple and reliable;the pulley is fixed by a tension sleeve,which is convenient for installation and disassembly.
- The seal of the agitator adopts packing seal,and there is a wear-resistant shaft sleeve at the contact between the packing box and the packing.
- Increased specifications of the main shaft and bearings make the mixer more stable.

PULP TOWER AGITATOR
Medium and high concentration pulp tower agitator
Main Purpose
Used for mixing the bottom pulp of medium and high consistency pulp tower.
