BOARD STORAGE AND CONVEYING SYSTEM

Wireless Power Supply Trolley For Board Stack Transportation
Finished Board Storage and Conveying System
The Finished Board Storage and Conveying System is a highly automated, integrated system.
It handles the automated storage, management, and flow of boards during production and warehousing.
It significantly improves space utilization, operational efficiency, and management control.
System Operation
1. Inbound and Storage:
Boards from the production line are first stacked neatly by an automatic palletizer.
A conveying system then moves the stacked boards or containers to the storage area.
Core equipment, like automatic stacker cranes or warehouse manipulators, receives commands.
They place the boards precisely into locations preset by the WMS.
These locations can be multi-level racking, stacking areas, or other high-density storage.
2. Outbound and Conveying Connection:
When downstream processes need materials, the WMS issues commands.
It instructs stacker cranes or shuttle cars to retrieve the target boards or containers.
The retrieved boards are automatically conveyed to specified workstations by the conveying system.
Advanced systems can achieve direct feeding.
For example, a stacker crane can place boards directly onto downstream processing equipment.
Or the storage system can automatically supply materials directly to a sawing line.
Application Scenarios
Furniture Manufacturing:
Efficiently manages various board types.
These include MDF, particleboard, and solid wood boards.
It accurately delivers them to processes like edging and CNC machining.
Construction and Building Materials:
Used for storing large panels.
Examples are gypsum boards, cement boards, and insulation panels.
It can connect to automated sorting and dispatch systems.
Metalworking and Plastic Products:
Handles metal sheets, coils, and large plastic plates.
It serves industries such as automotive and aerospace.
