- The disc type heat dispersing system is used in the preparation system of waste paper pulp line,and the pulp is processed under the condition of high temperature and high concentration through the method of combining mechanical and heat dispersing.The main purpose is to decompose impurities such as hot melt,stickies,asphalt,ink,etc.in the waste paper raw materials into sizes that are invisible to the naked eye or floatable.
- The heat dispersion system can give various types of waste paper pulp the best treatment in the production line that uses waste paper as the basic raw material to obtain the best results,the highest efficiency,and the lowest energy consumption.
- The high temperature heat dispersion system is a pressure vessel,and the operating temperature can reach 120°C.
- The energy consumption is very low,the entire system consumes only 50-65 kWh /ton pulp.
- The heat dispersion system can also be used as a bleaching system.

Area Division
Dewatering Area
- The pulp with a certain concentration is concentrated to about 30%in the dehydration area,so that the pulphas a higher concentration after entering the heating area,and is completely washed at the same time.As two kinds of different concentration equipment,twin wire press and single screw press have their own advantage sand disadvantages in equipment cost,pulp concentration control and operation cost,which can adapt to different working conditions.
- High concentration is very important for fast and economical heating of pulp in the heating area, as well as for achieving the best heat dispersion effect.
Heating Area
- The heating area is designed as a closed pressure vessel,which is sealed by a screw plug to prevent steamfrom escaping,keep steam consumption low,and flexibly adjust the operating temperature,which can reach120°C and provide uniform feeding.
- The friction force produced by the plug screw can produce the pre dispersion effect and improve thedispersion ability.
- After that,the crushing screw decomposes the plug to ensure the uniform and effective heating of the pulp in the preheating area,increase the surface area of the pulp,make allthe impurities and fibers reach thetemperature required by the thermal dispersion,and minimize the degree of freedom of the waste pulp,so as to improve the dispersion effect.
- The closed heating zone can be connected with different types of dehydration systems.
- Due to the high temperature,the heating area can also be used as a bleaching reactor,or as a chemical mixer.
Heat Dispersion Area
- Compared with other heat dispersing systems,the disc type heat dispersing machine belongs to the disc type heatdispersing.This type of heat dispersing can obtain better dispersing effect and is more convenient for maintenance.
- The pulp entered by the feeding screw is ground and softened by the mechanical and physical action of thebroom disc teeth under the conditions of high concentration (28-32%)and high temperature(90-120 °C)to make the heat The melt,stickies and ink are peeled from the fibers and dispersed into tiny particles that are invisible to the naked eye,thereby improving the strength characteristics of the pulp and the surface characteristics of the paper.
- Energy consumption isas low as 35-40 kW /ton pulp.
- The heat dispersing machine is equipped with different specifications of grinding plates to meet thedispersing requirements of different working conditions.
- The adjustment accuracy of the grinding disc gap can reach 0.01mm,ensuring the stability of the pulp quality.
- Two heat dispersing machines with pulping structure can ensure flexible adjustment of the thermal dispersionpulping concentration between 4-20%.

Different Types Of Heat Dispersing Systems


Compact Thermal Dispersion System
The traditional thermal dispersion system usually needs at least 5-6 equipment in series operation,which will cause the system to occupy large space,high investment cost,high energy consumption and complex maintenance.in somespecial conditions,the compact thermal dispersion system can be used to replace the traditional thermal dispersion system.Only three devices are needed to achieve high-quality and efficient thermal dispersion effect.
A complete compact thermal dispersion system consists of three equipment:concentration equipment,plug screw and CDI disc type thermal dispersion machine.
The compact thermal dispersion system has the following characteristics:
- The floor area is small,at least 35%space is saved,and the height of the plant is lower than that of the traditionalthermal dispersion system
- Low operation energy consumption,saving at least 15%of power consumption.

CDI Disc Heat Disperser
The screw feeding mechanism of thecompactheat disperser integrates crushing,heating and conveying.After the pulp is crushed and heated,it is sent to the grinding area.When it is used to process deinked pulp,chemicals can be added here.
