The slurry after high concentration pulper is diluted to 5% into the coarse separator,pulp and impurities in the coarse separator are further separated,fine pulp through the sieve plate into the next process,arrested the set of coarse impurities into the cylinder screen,cylinder screen to remove impurities.(paper making)
The combined application of the three equipment of the system can keep the cleaning of the tank body of the high concentration pulp machine,overcome the shortcomings of long crushing time,low fiber strength,and fine crushing of debris,realize the best dispersion and ink peeling effect under the high concentration state,shorten the crushing cycle step by step,and improve the processing capacity of the crushing system.
