WORKING PRINCIPLE

Application

Application

Construction features

The equipment  has wide adaptability,large  production  capacity,high slurry flow speed and high production efficiency.It is especially suitable for fine  screening  of waste  pulp.The  screen frame  is  of  high strength  bar type,with  large slurry throughput and  long service  life. The rotor adopts multi blade rotor or barrel rotor,with high pulse frequency,which is conducive to the cleaning of screen gap.Prolong the action time of negative pressure pulse to ensure the continuous operation  of  the  screening  process.The  specially  designed  pressure screen rotor can effectively avoid the thickening phenomenon in the screening  process.

Application

It can  remove all  kinds of impurities  in waste  paper  raw  materials  by using  fiber  specific  gravity  difference,and  has  the  combined  functions of  dispersing,separating  and  coarse  screening.The  general  device  is used  as  the  secondary  pulp  crushing  and  separation  equipment  after the hydraulic pulper,and can also be used as the tailing slag treatment equipment.

Application

Used to treat light impurities and tail pulp in rough screening section in  waste  paper  pulping  production.

Construction features

The equipment is mainly composed of shell,discharge tray,sieve plate,rotor device,transmission device,etc.The inverted cone and concave convex top structure of the shell is conducive to the formation of strong eddy currents, the effective discharge of light impurities and the settlement of heavy impurities.The way  of ascending flow  and  entering  slurry  is  adopted.With  the high-speed rotation of the rotor,a strong eddy current is generated in the shell.The light impurities are gathered in the center of the eddy current and discharged from the center of the shell;The fiber bundle and the slurry are further loosened between the rotor and the sieve plate,and the good slurry is discharged from the good slurry mouth through the sieve plate;Heavy impurities are settled in the sediment ditch outside the sieve plate and discharged regularly through the sediment tank.

COARSE SLAG SCREEN

Application

It is used for the end screen (type B)of the coarse screen section in the paper making  process.

Used for separation of light and heavy impurities and fiber recovery in the process of paper making waste residue(Type C).

Construction features

The coarse screen tail slurry enters the lower shell through the slurry inlet pipe and is dispersed by the rotating disc impeller.The good slurry is discharged through the sieve plate and the heavy waste slag is discharged from the heavy slag inlet by the centrifugal action of the impeller.The tail slurry that is not fully separated is transported by the vertical rotor to the upper part of the shell,and the upper part of the shell is designed with a sieve drum with a dredging knife.

The  slurry  is further  dredged,and  the  good  slurry  is  discharged from  the coarse slurry mouth through the sieve hole of the sieve drum,and the light material that is clean and washed is discharged from the light slag mouth of the upper part of the vertical rotor.
