VCS coarse screen
Main Purpose
Used for coarse screening of various waste paper fibers and the function of removing light impurities and heavy impurities in larger sizes.
Structural features
VCS type pressure coarse screen is an international advanced pulp screening equipment integrating sand removal and screening. It has the characteristics of high screening efficiency,good pulp quality,large production capacity,low energy consumption and long life of screen drum.
- Two types of ladder-type impact-free winding rotor andhorseshoe-shaped rotor ensure high concentration screening.
- The paper sheet in the pulp is flexibly loosened to avoid thecrushing of impurities and the screening efficiency is high.

VFS fractionator screen
Main Purpose
Mainly used for separation of long and short fibers in pulp.The classified long and short fibers can be used to produce different paper varieties.Even in the same variety,only long fiber pulp can be refined after classification,And then mix the long and short fibers to get a higher quality pulp.
The ratio of long and short fibers is determined by factors such as paper type,raw material structure,screen gap specifications, pulp concentration and fluid properties.
The purpose of separating long and short fibers:
- Obtain high-quality pulp from existing raw materials
- Make full use of low-cost fiber raw materials
- Improve paper index
- Get cleaner staple fiber raw materials
- Protect short fibers from excessive damage

- There are two types of multi-blade rotor and cyclone rotor,which ensure the

- The cyclone rotor adopts a new energy-saving rotor design structure developed by fluid dynamics.The three-dimensional structure of the rotor wings increases the turbulence of the screen chamber and can effectively improve the efficiency of slag discharge,while reducing the concentration problem and making the production capacity higher.

Main Purpose
Used for the screening of pulp in front of paper machine,can effectively evacuate pulp mass,prevent fiber flocculation, thereby improving paper quality.
Structural features
- Low-pulse design reduces disturbance to pulp flow and makes the paper machine pulp more uniform
- Inner-flow design,the rotor rotates on the outside of the screen drum, heavy impurities flow away from the screen drum,the surface of the screen frame wears less,and the service life is extended.

Main Purpose
It is used in the coarse screen,fractionation on and fine screen in the pulping process.
Structural features
- Upflow design,bottom feeding,heavy slag has been discharged before entering the screening area,reducing the wear of screen drum and rotor,and extending the service life.
- The top structure of the tail slag port is conducive to the rapid discharge of light impurities,avoiding the accumulation of impurities in the shell,reducing the wear of screen drum and rotor,and extending the service life.
- The rapid discharge of light and heavy impurities can avoid the possibility of impurities being damaged and improve the quality of good pulp.
- Open base design for easy maintenance and replacement of belts,pulleys and set bolt.

Pressure knotter/Medium concentration screen/Black liquor filter (SCREENING SYSTEM)
Main Purpose
It is used for closed screening in the pulping process of primary pulp.
Structural features
- Closed rotor structure to avoid the entanglement of crude impurities.
- The structure design of the heavy slag collection area can make the heavy slag be discharged in time,avoid passing through the screening area,reduce the wear of the screen drum and rotor,and prolong the service life.
- The design of high-definition washing strength rotor and large ripple angle bar makes the screening concentration higher.
- The design of large turbulence rotor blade and microporous sieve drum makes the fiber extraction in the black liquor more thorough and reduces the influence of high fiber content in the black liquor on the subsequent treatment equipmen.
