Working Principle
The high-pressure water jet flanging system’s water jet beam is installed above the paper machine.
An ultra-high-pressure water generation system generates high-pressure water, which is then sprayed by ultra-high-pressure nozzles to produce high-quality paper edges.
The water jet beam, equipped with two sets of paper edges, cuts the paper edges at high speed while simultaneously spraying an appropriate amount of glue onto the edges.
This glue adheres to the edges as they pass through the new paper roll, widening the entire paper web and ensuring high-quality roll changes.
