BREAKING SYSTEM
Working Principle
The system is composed of pulper ,rope cutter,hydraulic slag cleaner,cylinder screen,grab,PLC control system.
A heavy slag mouth is arranged at the bottom of the tank of the hydraulic pulper.The coarse impurities in the waste paper enter the slag well through the heavy slag mouth and are regularly discharged by the grab.
The winding impurities in the waste paper are twisted into a rope under the action of the rotary slurry flow and pulled out by the rope machine;The water,paper and some light and heavy impurities entering the sludge well periodically enter the hydraulic slag cleaner to release the fiber,and the fine pulp is confluent with the pulp of the pulper through the sieve plate and sent to the next process for treatment.The coarse impurities such as plastics are sent to the cylinder screen for concentration and then discharged from the system.
The system can remove the large light and heavy impurities in waste paper in time while the slurry is continuously broken,which can avoid the fine crushing of impurities in the process of pulp crushing,reduce the burden of subsequent equipment,and improve the processing capacity of the crushing system.

Application
The rope stranding machine is used with the hydraulic pulper. Allkinds of light impurities in waste paper slury,such as iron wire,plastic,cotton yarn and soon,are constantly wound and twisted into a strand rope,which is puled out of the pulpe and excluded under the control of the rope twisting machine.
Construction features
The winch machine consists of box body,transmission motor,winch wheel, pressure wheel lift and so on.
The transmission motor is composed of double speed reducer, transmission shat,bearing and winch wheel.

IMPURITY SEPARATOR
Application
Impurity separator is a set of fiber dredging and impurity separation equipment in one.The secondary pulping separation equipment is located after the pulping machine (including low and high concentration continuous or intermittent)to separate the light and heavy impurities in the waste pulp and to disperse the paper not broken by the hydraulic pulping machine.
Construction features
The impurity separator is composed of a steel cylinder tank,an impeller separator along the horizontal direction,a conveyor,a slurry pipe,etc.Due to the action of he weir plate inside the separator,the heavy impurities are deposited a the bottom,and the slurry and light impurities enter the circulation area to the circular sieve for further slag removal.When the impeller turns,the slurry flow is drawn along the central axis and thrown out from the circumference of the impeller at high speed,forming a strong turbulent cycle.
Design and adjust the retaining ring,adjust the clearance between impeller and sieve plate,control the quality and output of slurry.
Match pulper operation,separate and remove the light and heavy impurities in waste pulp,improve the production capacity of pulper.

Application
After the paddle breaker or impurity separator,it is used to screen all kinds of impurities such as plastic,rubber,sand,metal sheet and film with large geometric shapes in the waste pulp.
Construction features
The cylinder screen is composed of a screen drum,a belt drive device,a tug,a retainer,a slurry tank,a slurry inlet tank,a spray pipe,etc.When the screen drum is rotating,the slurry is pushed forward along the inner ring of the screen drum and other pitch spiral guide sheet.Under the
action of gravity,the slurry and fine impurities pass through the φ8~Φ14mm sieve hole to the slurry receiving groove;The impurities with large geometric shapes slide to the slag discharge end along the spiral plate track and are eliminated.The sprinkler device will spray a certain pressure of water to a fan-shaped plane,wash the fibers stuck on the impurities and dilute the pulp,to minimize the removal of impurities and reduce the loss of fibers.
